Yesterday, while trying to find out if you can barbecue bacon (don’t ask), I stumbled across this amazing recipe. I guess it was a bit of an Internet phenomenon when it was posted late last year, but it passed me by. I’ll skip the directions and just let you look at the pretty pictures – I think you get the idea.
FYI – 2 pounds of bacon, 2 pounds of sausage meat, 1 jar of barbecue sauce, and barbecue spice. 5,000 calories, 500 grams of fat. I bet it’s delicious.
